KeyBank: Consumer Digital OKR Workshop

Worked with Design Lead and fellow Sr. Designers to plan and facilitate an OKR workshop aimed at reimagining and redefining success metrics for a multi-functional digital department post-reorganization. We agreed on new KPIs that included design and accessibility specific metrics.

Key Design System: Strategy, Maintenance, & Growth

Collaborated with other design system leaders on the implementation strategy, expansion and adoption of a developing design system. Worked with KDS leadership to manage intake, create components in Figma for designers, and prioritize backlog with engineers. Worked alongside developers and Level Access consultants to remediate ADA violations.

KeyBank: Annual Mortgage Discount Campaign

Increased click through rate for annual Mortgage Discount Campaign messaging tile from averaging a 1.6% click-through-rate to 6.8% by designing 4 new tiles based on market segments instead of one general tile. The most successful tile had an 8% click through rate.

KeyBank: Paperless Enrollment Campaign

Redesigned the Paperless Enrollment messaging campaign saving the bank $2 million in 2022 and in 2023.

Key Design System: Illustrations

Designed and contributed 55+ UI elements, pictograms, and illustrations to the Key Design System component library.

Biadvo: Responsive Website Redesign

Led responsive website redesign for a newly rebranded digital co-parenting resource. Responsible for UX research, content strategy UI design.
